Supervision Inspection
In order to meet the needs of customers, we strictly implement a series of standards such as ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systen-Requirements and GB/T 27341-2009 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. During the production process, strict quality management is implemented, and after production, rigorous finished product inspection is conducted, ensure all products is high premium quality for customers.
- Raw Materials Acceptance Before each batch of raw materials is stored, they undergo testing for agricultural residues and heavy metals. Only raw materials that pass the tests are allowed to be stored.
- Mechanical Hygiene Inspection Before Production Before production and processing, check if there is any residue on the surface of the machine, if the environmental sanitation of workshop is up to standard, etc. ensure it meets the production requirements.
- Artificial Test In order to check if the quality selected by employees meet the standard, quality supervisor will check the products again to ensure that the quality meets the standard.
- Moisture Monitoring Test the moisture content of raw materials is necessary, if this qualified, the raw materials can be put into production.
- Control of Critical Control Points Remove Impurities, Color selection, Winnowing selection and Metal detector is very import CCP, by these steps to ensure the finished products are of high quality.
- Finished Product Inspection Samples are randomly selected and tested according to China CIQ standard, ensure that all testing items are above the national standards to guarantee the quality of our products.
